PDPL Clarification Text

At NINA Medikal, we place the utmost importance on the privacy and security of the personal data of our customers and all individuals visiting our website. This notice has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“LPPD” / “KVKK”) to inform you regarding our data collection processes.

1. Data Controller
In our capacity as the Data Controller, your personal data may be processed by Nina Medical within the scope described below.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data (including name, surname, contact information, address, purchase history, etc.) are processed for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring that our business units carry out the necessary work to allow you to benefit from the products and services offered,
  • Managing orders, executing product shipments, and conducting after-sales support processes,
  • Determining and implementing our company’s commercial and business strategies,
  • Fulfilling legal obligations (such as invoicing and tax regulations),
    within the framework of the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD.

3. To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Limited to the achievement of the purposes mentioned above, your data may be shared with:

  • Our business partners and suppliers (cargo and logistics companies),
  • Payment service providers,
  • Legally authorized public institutions and private persons (judicial authorities, tax offices, etc., upon request),
    within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the LPPD.

4. Method and Legal Grounds for Personal Data Collection
Your personal data are collected electronically through channels such as our website, mobile applications, e-mail, or call center, based on legal grounds including the establishment and performance of a contract and the fulfillment of legal obligations.

5. Rights of the Data Subject
In accordance with Article 11 of the LPPD, everyone has the right to:

  • Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
  • Request information if their personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction if data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and request the deletion or destruction of data.
